GARRETT MOORE COMPANY is a full-service development company that was
established in 1977 and has been staffed throughout the years by a variety of experienced
professionals who direct a unified approach to the orchestration of the various industry
components of development, construction, investments, finance, design, leasing and the
management of real estate.

​​​ 1950 is the true year that Garrett Moore Company started when unbeknownst to Lewis
Garrett Moore a regional rancher, farmer and city councilman buys tracts of land in northeast
Oklahoma. That land was converted to small farms, ranchettes, commercial and rental
property.

1968 JG Moore a pharmacist in Oklahoma and Texas builds one house with cash, sells,
then builds three houses from profit and continues the cycle. Never building more than "he
could afford with cash". Always dealing in real estate whether flipping or building, all while
practing pharmacy.

1980 MultiFamily rehab through the City of Dallas' Housing Authority at various locations such as San Jacinto St., Illinois Ave. and many others. Housing needs in Dallas where at an all-time high. GMC partnered with the City of Dallas to help solve some of those problems. We acquired properties in income challenged areas with flat roofs and modified them to a pitch roof, windows, doors, interiors, etc......a complete upgrade. JG MOORE RETIRES

2012 A. Garrett Moore joins the company after his graduation from the University of Oklahoma in 2012. He lacked a little true construction education which he immediately gained when he moved onto a job site where he officed and lived in the "job trailer". He was assigned the responsibility of being the eyes, ears and boots on the ground for the company in Denton, Texas. He ramrodded the 400+ three story multifamily units from the first tree removal to the final CO.

With the main offices in Dallas, Austin and Oklahoma City, we are able to
maintain a guided approach for each of our development's needs through the
strength in the continuity of our services. The wide spectrum of services allows
us to fully concentrate on each development phase as a whole and not
in part, therefore, giving us the ample opportunity to control each phase of
the development. At each milestone we monitor the construction budget
for confirmation that adjustments are not required and for verification that
the investor/lender relationships are constantly satisfied.

Our developments are primarily cast across the southwest region of the United States. The various projects that are in our portfolio include, but certainly are not limited to, retail (life-style, big-box freeway and neighborhood centers), mixed-use urban or rural renewal facilities, offices (low to high rise and garden), and multi-family (garden, wrap, students, high rise condominiums and senior living communities).

THE TEAM
Terry Moore
Founder and president of the Garrett Moore Company, a commercial real estate development company that since 1977 has developed over 22,000,000 square feet that includes but is not limited to retail, office, 45,000 apartment units, Caribbean resorts, assisted living facilities, senior resort style living communities, etc. The company evolved from TGMA, Inc.
With over 45 years of experience in the real estate market, Terry Moore has a proven track record in the real estate industry. His integrity, creative negotiating, prompt client/investor response, attention to detail and the bottom line are among the key reasons for his success.
Over four decades Mr. Moore has guided the companies operations into four diverse regional areas; Dallas/Ft. Worth, Austin, Phoenix, Tulsa and Oklahoma City. Always looking to expand.
He and his partners have designed and built thousands of apartments and millions of square feet of retail and office buildings throughout the Southwest across the United States and into the resort regions of Mexico,

Mr. Alex Baig is a strategic partner with Garrett Moore Company. He is a real estate investment and development professional with over 25 years of leadership and industry experience. Possesses broad-based management skills, with strong planning, communication, organizational, team building, and decision-making skills. He remains actively involved in the strategic plan and manages the projects from conception through.
He is currently actively involved with multiple developments and construction projects, ranging from affordable housing to hospitality, and commercial mixed use.
Mr. Baig possesses a unique ability for crafting, negotiating, and structuring real estate and business deals. Years of successful hands-on experience within the industry is evidence of his deep understanding of the nuances and challenges of deals. He is uniquely known for his ability to bring a creative problem-solving approach that arises within transactions.
